In 2008 Connie was the first CEO of a certified woman-owned commercial real estate company in the nation to earn the LEED® Professional Accreditation designation. This designation, awarded by the US Green Building Council, is to distinguish building professionals who have the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED® Certification process. The LEED® AP has a thorough understanding of the practices and principles involved in the LEED®Green Building Rating System.
